1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the viptak website, mobile web application, and all associated services available at https://viptak.xyz.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the viptak Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account and uses the Platform's services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted by viptak to a Player subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's Account wallet.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to viptak services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before a Player may register an Account or place any Wager:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. viptak strictly prohibits access by minors. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this rule constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Funds or Bonuses.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold another active viptak Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden and will be closed without notice, with any associated balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for another individual when registering an Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

viptak reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. viptak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify viptak support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to the relevant activity occurring.
• viptak employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform communications and requires OTP verification for new device logins as a security measure. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to log out of their Account after each session.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

viptak accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based Players. All amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳100 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to issuing bank approval and applicable international transaction fees.

viptak does not charge platform-side deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which viptak accepts no liability. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and the return of deposited funds to the original source.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the viptak finance team and are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same legal name as your viptak Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not submitted satisfactory KYC documentation may have withdrawal requests held pending until verification is complete.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Players should refer to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the relevant promotion.
• viptak reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before approving any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within a few hours during regular BST business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

viptak is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, viptak offers Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms communicated for each individual promotion. Players are advised to read all bonus terms carefully before opting in.

• Bonuses are awarded at viptak's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• All Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each Bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional communication.
• viptak reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies, or colluding with other Players.
• No-deposit bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers are subject to their own specific terms and are not automatically transferable between different promotion types.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the viptak Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may be additionally communicated within the relevant product sections.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any Wager.
• viptak reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, at incorrectly stated odds, or where a technical fault caused a material discrepancy in the displayed information at the time of the bet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a Wager outcome, the result recorded by viptak's system at settlement time shall be considered final, subject to review upon formal complaint submission.
• Live in-play betting markets for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and other sports are updated in real time. Network latency may affect the timing of bet acceptance, and viptak reserves the right to refuse late bets where the outcome is already determined.
• Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win products — use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by accredited third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and published within the relevant game information panel.
• viptak reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout caps, or game-specific staking restrictions at any time and without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viptak Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending and recent Wagers, and forfeiture of all Account Funds and Bonuses.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using software robots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or payment processing glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a technical error must report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploit it.
• Match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any other form of fraudulent activity intended to manipulate game or sporting event outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime. viptak applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to use your Account or to access the Platform through your device or credentials.

9 Responsible Gaming

viptak is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players manage their activity. All Players are strongly encouraged to use the following features, which are available free of charge through the Account settings panel or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that alert you when you have been logged in for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) if you need a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform if you believe gambling is negatively affecting your life. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are processed within 24 hours.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the viptak Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of viptak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of viptak.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or digital service without prior written authorisation from viptak.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viptak and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond viptak's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional material.

viptak's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

viptak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

13 Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your viptak Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

viptak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or any other legal requirement compelling Account closure.

Where an Account is closed by viptak due to a breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold any balance and void pending Wagers pending investigation.

14 Dispute Resolution and Contact

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the viptak Platform, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.

• Submit complaints in writing to: [email protected]
• Include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots or transaction references).
• The viptak support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (BST) and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.
• Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the first point of contact, it will be escalated to senior management for review. viptak's decision following escalation review shall be considered final.

15 Privacy and Data Protection

viptak collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. viptak will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. viptak operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, SSL-secured data protection, and transparent player relations. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own discretion, and that gambling involves inherent financial risk which you accept fully on your own behalf.
